Jean Fares Couture

Dear readers,

I had actually never heard of the brand Jean Fares Couture until I saw Hofit Golan mastering some of its dresses while walking the red carpet at the 2012 Cannes Film Festival. The moment I saw these dresses I was completely blown away by its beauty, so of course I wanted to see a bit more of this brand and I have to say that I wasn't a bit dissapointed by its collection :) Could you not but agree with me? Have a look for yourself!

Aren't they all just beautiful? The fact that Jean Fares is born and raised in Lebanon has for sure inspired him when designing these dresses, don't you think?! My absolute favourite of the ones featured above is definitely the lila dress pictured in photo number 3. I love the colour, the shape, the applicated flowers on the bottom and its shimmering effect. Which is your favourite?

Vintage swimwear!

Dear readers,

Love looking at editorials from way back or at those that try to capture that feeling of way back :) Especially when it comes to swimwear, because I think the way women dressed back then was so classy and sophisticated yet very stylish! Know what I mean? If not, have a look at these shots and I am pretty confident you will know what I mean after looking at these!

Was I right or what? :P Hehe!

How do you feel about swimwear from back then? Is it something you would wear now since it is kinda trendy these days? I am still considering it :D

MSGM Lookbook Spring/Summer 2012

Dear readers,

MSGM is one of those brands which I simply adore because of it's uniqueness and fine materials. So of course I was very curious to have a look at this season's lookbook and I have selected the most beautiful designs and pics for you to see. I hope you like it! Shall we? :)

As you can see, a lot of animal print and floral print, fringes and bold colours...I am totally loving it! Which outfit as pictured above is your favourite? As usual, I have a hard time choosing, so I'm opting for a couple of outfits, namely the ones pictured in photo numbers 1, 5, 6, 9 and 11 haha! :)

A day in nature!

Dear readers,

Today was a holiday and so my boyfriend and I decided to go to a park for a stroll (something we actually never do, but definitely want to do more often!) and I was absolutely stunned by the beautiful nature which Holland has to offer. It is funny to me that wherever you live in the world you don't appreciate the beautiful things as much as those who come there on a visit. Feel me? But today was not one of those days! When I stood on this skyhigh viewing tower I was breathless! Here is why!

I assume you agree with me on this :) If not, let me know lol! So this was in a park called "Utrechtse Heuvelrug" which was formed during the so called "Ice decade". If you are ever in Holland it is a nice park to visit when the sun shines. Afterwards we went to this amazing restaurant with a beautiful terrace where we had a lovely lunch and some drinks :) Great day!

Do you guys ever go for a walk in nature? Which parks do you like to visit?

Kim K!

Dear readers,

Kim Kardashian really doesn't need an introduction, I assume you all know this gorgeous woman! I know there are haters and lovers of her out there, but I absolutely adore her and her family! I find them all loving, caring, funny and...stylish! She and Kourtney are the ones that come closest to what I wear myself or what I would love to wear. I already did a post about Khloe and Kourtney a while back and now it is time to do one about Kim. I have gathered some cute photos of her where you can see that her style really ranges from one end to another. The thing I like about Kim's style is that she always wears something unique in her outfit, whether it is a necklace, a belt or a bold colour. That's why I decided to comment on each photo one thing that I love the most of that particular outfit and which I think really gives that oomph to her look. Anyway, here we go!

The statement necklace uplifts this outfit in my opinion.

The drapiness of the dress combines very well with the fringed bag.

These flared jeans give this outfit a very 60's vibe...loving it!

The belt really gives this look the finishing touch it needs!

This one-piece outfit and its color looks really stunning on her!
Of course she combined it with Indian-looking bangles.

The pointy shoulders give this outfit an edgy feel.

Palazzo pants definitely complete this outfit.

Colour blocking suits her well!

A simple blazer with a fresh turquoise colour brightens this black outfit.

What do you think of Kim's style? And what do you think of Ms. Kardashian herself? Would love to hear!
