Intouchables!

Dear readers,

Yesterday I finally went to see the movie "Intouchables". I really had been waiting for a chance to see it, since I heard so many good stories about this movie. Has any of you already seen it? I don't want to tell too much about it, just in case you haven't seen it yet, but it's a really beautiful story about a deep friendship between two persons that wouldn't normally have met. I loved the fact that the movie is also actually very funny, something I didn't foresee. And then it's also about the strength of people in general. And the cool thing is, this movie is actually based on a true story :)

The Avengers!

Dear readers,

Wow...went to see Marvel's "The Avengers" yesterday in IMAX - 3D and it was just stunning! The sound, the effects, the actors, the story line, the heroes...it all came together in a magnificent and overwhelming way! I LOVED IT!!! Has any of you been to the movies yet to see it?!

So cute...

Dear readers,

Last week I saw the 3D movie "Puss in boots" and I LOVED it!!! So cute and I cannot get over the voice of Puss himself :) Thanks Antonio Banderas for making Puss cute and sexy at the same time haha! For me 3D really works for animation pictures, it is just that little extra oomph that it deserves!

Last week I went to see the movie "We need to talk about Kevin". Has any of you seen this movie already? It's about a boy who he is so messed up that he kills his fellow classmates. I know, it sounds as an horrific movie, and actually...it was, but at the sime time it was very interesting and also, it was filmed in a very intense and different manner which made it also very interesting to watch.

Bridesmaids!

Dear readers,

I was expecting this movie to be somewhat of a B-movie, but boy, was I wrong! I couldn't stop laughing the entire time watching this movie, which was kind of embarassing since I was on an airplane ;)

Anyhow, for those of you who haven't watched this movie yet, DO SO!!! You'll be up for some good times, I promise! Oh, and for men who are reading this: it is NOT a chick-flick, it's just hilarious!

In the mood for a really scary movie?

Dear readers,

I LOVE scary movies, but I don't think there are a lot of good ones out there. However, a few weeks ago I saw 'Case 39' with Renee Zellweger and Bradley Cooper and I have to say that this movie REALLY gave me the creeps! At one point I was even screaming lol! :)
So, want to see a good and scary movie, watch this one! I know it will freak you out too! To give you a heads up on what the movie is about, watch the trailer below! I have to say that the trailer does not give a complete insight on the storyline, so don't be all judgy about it, just go and watch it :)

Bad teacher

After being sick for one day, this morning I felt alive again ;)
Last Friday I went to the movies with my mother and sisters and I was actually surprised as to how funny the movie 'Bad Teacher' was. I thought it was like a B-movie, but it was definitely not! Then again, the storyline is not that genius, but it's a great movie for just the average night. The main characters are played by Cameron Diaz, Justin Timberlake, Jason Segel and Lucy Punch. The Hangover 2!

Has any of you already seen 'The Hangover 2' ?  When I was in Costa Rica last week, I went to see the movie in the theatre together with my sister and her husband (they live in Costa Rica) and we had such a blast! I couldn't stop laughing! I did not expect this movie to be so good, as the first one was already so funny and it is always hard to meet the expectations people have, but the director Todd Phillips has really done a good job!
