Michelin star workshop!

Dear readers,

My boyfriend celebrated his 32nd birthday on July 6. As a present I gave him a cooking workshop under supervision of a Michelin rated chef, since my boyfriend LOVES to cook and his dream is opening his own restaurant some day. I couldn't think of a better gift :) Anyway, we had such a lovely day! We learned so much from this experience and we really enjoyed having a sneak peek in the kitchen of a Michelin star restaurant, learning their tricks and skills.
We prepared a three-course dinner and everything was SO delicious!

Separating yolks and whites

I'm always struggling with separating yolks from whites. I know you can buy an instrument to help you do this, but for me the following works a lot better!
