NEVER GIVE UP!!!

Dear readers,

I love this inspirational Youtube film! Its about perseverance, faith in yourself and knowing that ANYTHING is possible if you set your mind to it! Have a look and let it inspire you!

After seeing this I know I have to be persistent in doing some physical exercise myself if I want to lose some pounds! This means doing at least a 15 minute workout EVERY day and to not make any excuses like "Hmmm whatever, I will do it tomorrow!" Those thoughts are NOT in alignment with what I want and are real promise breakers to myself...I won't let it happen again, not this time!

What can you do TODAY that will break the old and "comfortable" pattern you are in right now but which is NOT in alignment with where you want to be?!

Dear readers,

It has been a while since I posted a quote, but I have come across many good ones, so you will be seeing a lot of them in the near future, starting with this incredible one, which really made me stop and think about my life right now! Curious yet? I won't tease you...here it is :)

What about you? Thinking about this one?! Let us not regret our lives when our time has come! There is no more today, enjoy and seize every moment! Let us better "regret" the things we have done in our lives than regret the things we haven't done, for every experience is an experience, a moment from which we can learn!

Inspiration!

A tie bar gives you a finished look and keeps your tie from flopping around. I’ve been collecting vintage tie bars long before the “Mad Men” craze. <span class='fancyPhotoDesc'>This is a selection of the antique books on top of the bureau in my dressing room that date back to the late 18th century. Some of them were from my husband’s grandfather, who was an avid collector of first edition novels; and, a few of the others are auctions buys.

<span class='fancyPhotoDesc'>One of my dear friends is a stylist for Usher! I was at her house and saw this YSL shirt on her clothing rack and grabbed it for myself. I purchased the hat while working at my salon in NY. It was during a snowstorm and I was freezing. I'm proud to say it only cost me $29.99 to rock this faux fur that definitely keeps me warm. </span><span class='fancyPhotoName'>Shirt, Yves Saint Laurent</span>
