Nature at its best!

I felt so grateful when I saw this picture! There are so many things we can be grateful for if we would just be still for a moment and appreciate all the beauty that surrounds us. This was one of those moments in which I thought: WOW...life itself is just PERFECT! Everything happens in perfect time. I am perfect. You are perfect. We don't need to change anything, because everything has already been arranged for us. No need to worry! Let it go! Surrender!

A day in nature!

Dear readers,

Today was a holiday and so my boyfriend and I decided to go to a park for a stroll (something we actually never do, but definitely want to do more often!) and I was absolutely stunned by the beautiful nature which Holland has to offer. It is funny to me that wherever you live in the world you don't appreciate the beautiful things as much as those who come there on a visit. Feel me? But today was not one of those days! When I stood on this skyhigh viewing tower I was breathless! Here is why!

I assume you agree with me on this :) If not, let me know lol! So this was in a park called "Utrechtse Heuvelrug" which was formed during the so called "Ice decade". If you are ever in Holland it is a nice park to visit when the sun shines. Afterwards we went to this amazing restaurant with a beautiful terrace where we had a lovely lunch and some drinks :) Great day!

Dear readers,

This september I will visit Yosemite National Park. I'm so curious how the park looks like in real life, because although the pictures on the web reveal how gorgeous the park should be, nothing beats a realtime image! Then, all senses come to life: you smell the nature, hear the sounds of all the animals who live in the park, feel the breeze of the wind, the strays of the sun on your skin and so on...
But to give you an impression of the beauty of this park, I have selected some pictures from the web for you to see. Of course, when I get back from my trip to the USA in september, I will definitely place some of my own pictures!

Nature in black & white

Dear readers,

Don't you just get as ease when walking on the beach, through a forest or in the desert? Nature is so lovely with all its seasons, colours, variety, animals, flowers, trees, plants, smells and so on! I love pictures of a beautiful, colourful scenery in nature, but I wanted to spice it up and therefore chose to show a collection of black and white pictures of nature, just because I feel it shows the tranquility and also the roughness of nature.
