Interesting facts...

Dear readers,

I love to learn new things, especially things that stick with you and are easy to share with others. That's why for today's post I thought it would be nice to do something completely different: summing up some cool and interesting facts! I am hoping these are indeed things from which you guys can learn a thing or two :)

So, did you know that...:

* the smallest country in the world is only 0.44 km2? Yep, it is really true, Vatican City is only 0.44 km2 and has 826 inhabitants.
* in the world of sea horses it is not the woman, but the man who becomes pregnant? Cool huh?!
* minus 89,2 degrees Celsius the coldest temperature ever measured is? If you don't like the cold weather, avoid Antartica...BRRR!
* Donald Duck's comic books were prohibited in Finland for a couple of months due to economic problems? However, shortly after, the comic books reappeared in the stores and Donald Duck became extremely popular in Finland.
* The electrical chair has been invented by a dentist?

Of course, there are so many other interesting facts, but for now I leave you with these five.

Does any of you know any other interesting facts? I would love to hear them!

Love, Melissa
